Rev. Rebecca W. Knox
God had a plan guiding me from a cost accounting job at a manufacturing company to seminary in Philadelphia, blocks from where I grew up. I've served as a parish pastor in Berks County since being ordained in 2000. The people in these congregations have been diverse as God's kingdom, all ages, from many places: small town Pennsylvania Dutch, urban African-American, Euro-American, Latino, rich, poor, gay, straight, homeless, in recovery and happily healthy. All are deeply loved by God, saved by Christ Jesus, inspired by the Holy Spirit. Together we do our best to grow in faith and live lives of thanksgiving for all the Divine has first given us.
